What does an e-commerce app development project typically cost?
A focused Shopify launch runs ₹3–8 lakh including theme work, content migration, payment and shipping integration, and pre-launch QA. A custom headless storefront on Next.js with a connected admin and 2–3 deep integrations is typically ₹12–30 lakh. Custom Shopify apps run ₹4–15 lakh depending on complexity. We send a fixed-price scope before we start; no T&M billing on production work.
Shopify vs custom — how do we choose?
Pick Shopify when your moat is product, brand, or distribution — and you ship under 50k orders/month. Pick custom (headless on Next.js, or a fully bespoke stack) when your moat is the buying experience itself, when you need workflows the app store doesn't sell, or when platform fees become material at your volume. The audit step (step 01 of our process) makes this call with real numbers, not gut.
Do you build for Indian D2C brands or only export?
Both. Indian brands get GST-compliant invoicing, UPI/COD payment flows, Shiprocket/Delhivery integration, Tally sync, and WhatsApp order updates by default. Export brands get multi-currency, IGST/no-GST split, international shipping (Shippo, DHL), and Stripe/PayPal. The same team handles both.
How long does a build take?
A Shopify launch with a single brand, ~100 SKUs, and standard integrations takes 6–10 weeks. A headless build with custom integrations takes 14–20 weeks. A migration from an existing platform is 8–14 weeks depending on catalog size and historical order migration scope.
Will my SEO survive a migration?
If we run the migration, yes. We map every old URL to a new one (or a 301), preserve canonical tags, port structured data (Product, Offer, AggregateRating, FAQPage), and submit an updated sitemap on cut-over. Most agencies skip this and merchants lose 20–40% of organic traffic for months.
Can you build a custom Shopify app for our store?

Do you offer post-launch support and CRO?
Yes. Care plans cover platform updates, security patches, content edits, uptime monitoring, and 2–4 hours/month of small fixes. CRO is a separate engagement — monthly hypothesis, A/B test design via Shopify or GA4 experiments, and a written report with statistically significant lift (or honest "no signal" calls).
