Will the billing software integrate with our Tally?
Yes. Two-way sync with Tally Prime — sales, purchases, stock movement, and GST summaries flow to Tally automatically. Your CA continues working in Tally; your counter staff use the custom billing UI. We also integrate with Zoho Books, BUSY, and direct GSTN if needed.
Can the bill print on a thermal POS printer?
Yes — thermal (58mm or 80mm), A4 invoice, dot-matrix carbon, or PDF/image share via WhatsApp. The same bill can render in any format depending on the customer's preference and the counter setup.
Does it handle 22K and 18K gold separately?
Yes — every line item carries purity (24K, 22K, 18K, 14K, 9K), and the billing engine converts pure-gold-weight equivalent (PGE) automatically for stock valuation. Making charges, GST, and rate all apply per purity.
What about hallmark and BIS compliance?
Every billed piece carries its BIS Hallmark UID (HUID) on the invoice. The system maintains the HUID register, batch certificates, and BIS return-file exports for periodic compliance. Important — BIS rules continue to evolve; we update the system as rules change, included in maintenance.
Does it work offline if the internet goes down?
Yes — billing continues on the local installation even when internet is down. Once connectivity returns, transactions sync to the central server. We design for the reality of Indian retail, not the assumption of constant uptime.
